What we help with
Physical therapist credentialing services support the administrative work behind a payer’s review of your qualifications. We help prepare the information and coordinate follow-up; you provide accurate records and required approvals. Each payer decides participation and effective dates.

New practices & growing teams
Our credentialing services for new physical therapy practices start with your therapist roster, practice entity, locations, and payer list. We identify the applications and provider records needed before assuming participation is available.
Credentialing services for small practices give an owner or office manager a defined application list and a point of coordination. Tell us what has already been submitted so we can separate new work from follow-up.
We check the payer’s required individual, group, affiliation, or location steps. A therapist’s previous employment or an existing practice agreement does not automatically establish the new relationship.
How the work moves forward
Review your state, provider count, entities, locations, desired payers, and existing applications. Agree which requests are included and who supplies each record.
Organize requested licenses, liability coverage, identifiers, practice details, and supporting records. Resolve inconsistent or missing information with your practice.
Prepare the agreed applications through appropriate access arrangements. Obtain the provider’s or authorized official’s required review, approvals, signatures, and attestations.
Track payer requests and responses. Record written decisions, applicable effective dates, and open questions, then provide the participation details to your practice’s billing contact.
What your practice receives
Your application tracker connects each payer request to the provider, practice, and location. It shows status, supporting evidence, the last response, the next action, and who needs to act. We agree on the update cadence before work begins.

Understand the milestones
Credentialing is the review of professional qualifications. Contracting establishes the applicable participation agreement and terms. Enrollment completes the payer-specific provider and practice setup. Payers may combine or sequence these steps differently.
An NPI is an identifier. A CAQH profile holds information for authorized organizations. Neither, on its own, confirms that a therapist can bill through a particular practice as an in-network provider. Keep the payer’s written decision and effective-date information with the actual providers, entity, and locations it covers.
Common questions
Yes. We help PT practices prepare applications, organize provider documents, respond to missing-information requests, and track payer follow-up. We first confirm the requested payers, provider types, and locations. Approval and network availability remain the payer’s decisions.
Discuss the enrollment work while planning the practice and payer list. The required records and steps depend on your providers, entity, locations, and payers. We identify what is ready and what still needs a decision; we do not promise approval by an opening date.
We quote after reviewing the number of providers, locations, payer requests, and existing application status. You receive an agreed scope before work begins. Initial setup and ongoing maintenance are discussed separately.
Credentialing and enrollment are separately scoped. You can discuss application support without changing your billing team. If you also need billing support, we agree on the handoff and the responsibilities for each engagement.
